We have so much innate power within us. In Unity we learn about the Powers but how many of us really use them. Charles Filmore says, “Man is the power of God in Action. As we use this power within us, this is what the action is in our Daily living in the world. Being Memorial weekend it is important to remember how powerful our thoughts are which in turn become our words and actions.
Guided by Proverbs 31:18—“Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies”—we’ll honor the priceless impact of those who live with integrity and love. We close with a celebration of Mickey’s 90th birthday, reflecting on what it means to live a life of virtue and purpose.
Please join us in celebrating with Mickey. A lifetime of grace, wisdom, and joy deserves a celebration to remember. Potluck immediately following the Sunday Service.
This Sunday is all about gratitude. Inspired by 1 Thessalonians 5:18, “In everything give thanks,” we’ll explore the transformative power of counting our blessings—aiming for 100 a day! Together, we’ll challenge ourselves to notice the abundance woven into ordinary moments.
11:30 AM Friends of Unity spread love to the community with CarePax. Donate items for the homeless.
Join us for affirming that joy supports the soul. We will explore simple, playful ways to choose joy every day — think colorful meditations, uplifting affirmations, laughing yoga, and more. Come as you are. Leave lighter, brighter, and filled with joy.
Father’s Day takes on new meaning as we recognize the universality of God’s Fatherhood. We’ll celebrate the ties that bind us all, honoring fathers and father-figures, and expanding the circle to include everyone in the family of Spirit. This week, we also uplift Juneteenth and the coming Soul-stice—a reminder of freedom, unity, and renewal.
Join us for a special session led by Scott Dodsworth—a chance to learn, reflect, and grow together in community. This interactive class (about 75-90 minutes) invites us deeper into the spirit of joyful unity, blending teaching, conversation, and connection.
We close the series by celebrating individuality and togetherness. June’s journey brings us to this moment—recognizing the beauty in our differences and the strength in our unity. We’ll reflect on how each of us, uniquely made, becomes essential to the wholeness of our community.
Join us every Sunday, our 10 AM ET service includes Unity’s Daily Word, a lesson on spiritual principles, and an inspiring meditation.
